The Sherman Clay Group began investing in commercial real estate in 1977. The portfolio has grown primarily through the acquisitions of shopping centers located in well established trade areas in Texas, Arizona, California and Oklahoma. Anchor tenants include Albertson’s, Save Mart, Homeland, Ranch Market, Rite Aid, Office Max and Tuesday Morning. The past two years have been very active years for the portfolio with two new redevelopments in Phoenix and major remodels in Phoenix, Tulsa, Houston and Katy, Texas. More improvements are scheduled for 2012.
